STRENGTHEN YOUR DIGESTION REFRESHER

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw unfiltered organic)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (squeezed from a lemon)
  • ½ tsp ground ginger (or freshly grated)
  • ½ tsp honey (raw, local)

Steep water, ginger, lemon for 5 minutes. Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey.
